The agenda for a 1-1 programme is driven entirely by the needs of the individual who requires support. 

You may have a manager struggling to cope with workload or deal with a ‘difficult’ member of their team.

Or a member of your senior team who needs to develop a strategic mindset

Whatever the challenge, a 1-1 programme will support that individual to examine their perspectives, ideals, beliefs, and actions

 

But this isn’t just a coaching approach. 

My style of facilitation will, where appropriate, include a training element too. 

This tailored approach brings about learning and change, and business problems are solved too.
