Experience
I first ventured into the world of Facilitation 30 years ago, when I was selected to facilitate a company-wide development programme across a varied workforce.
And so my career in learning and development was borne.
Since that time, I’ve helped a vast range of new and experienced managers and leaders to navigate their way through the responsibilities they have to their teams, and to the business.
Working cross culturally adds a further dynamic to my work, and I have had the pleasure of supporting entrepreneurs, business leaders and teams across Europe, Asia, America and the Middle East.

I am also certified as an Equine Guided Leadership Development Trainer with the European Association for Horse Assisted Education (EAHAE) and run equine assisted corporate training programmes from my small holding in the beautiful Welsh countryside with my team of horses.
